Visalia Kitchen Co-op is Visalia’s only shared commissary kitchen, offering new and established small food businesses a safe and fully certified space to operate. We offer many perks to our renters such as fully stocked kitchen, cold and dry storage space, wholesale food ordering/delivery, start-up mentoring and guidance, and social media/SEO marketing start-up packages. We offer short term-leases, a risk-free trial period, and complimentary front door signage to all our renters.
We are also available as a registered commissary kitchen to mobile food vendors & food trucks!

Why you should consider joining a shared commissary kitchen
We handle the expenses and complications for you. Our certified commissary kitchen handles all of the facility permitting and maintenance requirements in order to operate legally so YOU don’t have to! We also provide all the cleaning and sanitizing supplies.
